So Easy, But Oh Soooo Good Pineapple-Banana Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
3 sliced bananas, 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1 cup diced raisin bread, 1 cup sugar,
2 cups scalded mild and 2 well beated eggs.
How To Make It:
Arrange bananas, pineapple and bread cubes in baking dish. Gradually add
the milk to the eggs and sugar and pour this mixture over the fruit and bread.
Set the dish in a pan of water and bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
Now my friend, you can literally go in your kitchen and in 10 minutes time,
have this dish in the oven from start to finish and that includes the clean-up
time. In less than an hour you can be enjoying a little taste of Louisiana.
